'In the Heights' Lands New June 2021 Release Date

Lady Gaga has unveiled the new release date for her latest album after it was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The singer postponed the album back in March, saying it "just doesn’t feel right"

Before there was or, Lin-Manuel Miranda was the co-founder and member of a hip-hop improv troupe called Freestyle Love Supreme alongside director Thomas Kail and beatboxer Anthony Veneziale. Their performances eventually went from the streets to screen, for a short-lived TV series on Pivot, and finally to the Broadway stage, where the three reunited with performers like Christopher Jackson for a limited run at Booth Theatre in New York City during the fall of 2019.

In The Heights‘ release date has been officially pushed back until 2021.

Warner Bros.' big-screen musical In the Heights has landed a new June 18, 2021, release date, the studio said Tuesday (April 21).The film originally had been set to dance into theaters June 26, 2020, but was pulled last month from this year's calendar because of the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic.Jon M.
