Ticket sales dropped by 49% from its debut, marking an impressive hold… at least for a superhero movie. Across more than 30 Marvel entries, only “Black Panther” (45%) and “Thor” (47%) have had stronger second weekend holds. By comparison, recent Marvel movies such as “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” and “Thor: Love and Thunder” declined by nearly 70% in their sophomore outings. Those are brutal falls, even for movies that debuted to more than $100 million. Those entries were reminders that Marvel may remain critic-proof in terms of opening weekends, but they’re no longer immune to quickly falling back down to Earth.

Lily Collins’ friends are said to have pinpointed a suspect in the theft of her wedding and engagement rings. Emily in Paris star Lily Collins has reportedly had over $10,000 worth of personal belongings stolen.The 34 year old actress was visiting a West Hollywood spa at the time of the alleged theft, with the culprit having been thought to have broken into where the spa was holding Lily's personal items that she’d handed in.The items taken include Lily’s stunning engagement ring, her wedding band, and some electronic devices.The theft is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, who say there was no sign of forced entry. According to TMZ, officials are now looking through the building’s security footage for potential leads.

McKinley Franklin editor Amazon Freevee has ordered a two-season renewal of the Daytime Emmy-winning original series “Judy Justice,” the streaming service announced Monday. Freevee, too, has greenlit “Justice on Trial,” a new “Justice” spinoff created by and featuring Judge Judy Sheindlin. After debuting on Freevee in November 2021, “Judy Justice” has become the No. 1 original program with over 150 million hours watched. The series, too, won the Daytime Emmy in the “Legal/Courtroom program” following its first season. Episodes from Season 2 of “Judy Justice” are streaming now and will release each weekday through June 9.  “How shall I describe my feelings about the renewal of ‘Judy Justice’ on Amazon Freevee? Gratifying, certainly. Grateful, of course,” said Judge Sheindlin. “In exploring the continued success of the program, I do believe that people long to see old-fashion justice administered with an even hand. A little humor doesn’t hurt. I intend to deliver both for as long as I’m able.”

Amazon’s Freevee has renewed Judy Justice for two additional seasons and will expand the franchise with the docudrama, Justice on Trial.
