Former world champion speed skater Elise Christie has shared how joining Only Fans helped save her life when she retired from the sport. The athlete, from Nottingham, had to work three jobs and slept in her car - a far cry from her former jet-setting lifestyle.
Now, she's back on her feet and has big dreams to open her own gym with a creche for parents who want to keep fit. Elise retired in December 2021 when she failed to qualify for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing due to an ankle injury.

The ten-time European gold medallist explained she was sleeping in her car a lot, but things started to improve when she began using OnlyFans. Elise shared how she had had people commenting on her Instagram for a while about OnlyFans, but originally thought "It's not for me, it's not who I am."

The 33-year-old said: "I've probably been on [OnlyFans] a year and a half or so now, and gradually over that time I learnt more about its uses and engagement. I was getting more comfortable about what it is and being open about it, as initially I was very closed off
