Having faced silence from their owners for almost two decades, Manchester United fans sense change is coming.

Ratcliffe has recently been doing the media rounds to present his vision of what Manchester United should be in the coming years, hitting all the right notes with quips on ‘knocking Liverpool and Manchester City off their perches’ and turning Old Trafford into the national stadium for the north.
Given the silence from ownership that United have had to contend with throughout the Glazers’ reign, having a line of dialogue with those at the top has been most welcome, with Ratcliffe already achieving more in a day in terms of fan relationships than the US owners could muster in nearly 20 years.
