Ant and Dec have had to adjust to a few differences this year as I'm A Celeb relocates to Wales from Australia.That also includes the usual celebrations for Ant McPartlin's birthday, which he has marked down under over the past couple of decades since the ITV reality show aired. So instead of sunshine and a celebratory dinner by the beach, Ant was surprised with a balloon display backstage in their Welsh set and a cheeky present from his longtime presenting partner Declan Donnelly.
