On Sunday night's instalment, 16 July, bombshell Ella B, 23, spoke to Ella Thomas, 24, about when she kissed Tyrique, also 24, in a nightclub two months ago, saying: "He did say to me, 'It's a shame it was our last kiss'." There was trouble ahead when Tyrique argued with Ella T, refuting championship dancer Ella B's claims and insisting she had lied. Now, Tyrique's brother Mekhi Hyde has come out in support of his brother, also suggesting that Ella B isn't telling the truth.

Love Island fans have been left bemused after Montel Mackenzie and Sammy Root followed Tyrique Hyde's rather bizarre advice as he encouraged them to kiss some of the Casa Amor girls.Tonight's episode, 4 July, saw Tyrique encourage Sammy to kiss two different girls to see whom he liked more and advise Montel to kiss Tink Reading, despite appearing to be quite happy with Leah Taylor, with whom he was coupled up with ahead of Casa Amor.Taking to Twitter fans were left rather confused as to why they would follow Tyrique's advice, with one writing: "tyrique is actually a cult leader i cant believe they’re listening to him like this #LoveIsland" "montel on his way to kiss a girl he doesnt like because captain ty told him to #loveisland" quipped another. And a third added: "not tyrique gaslighting the guys to kiss the girls so he can be seen as the innocent one [crying emoji] #LoveIsland" Others pointed out that Scott van der Sluis had not been following Ty's advice, theorising that this may be why they pair don't appear to get one, with one fan arguing: "now i see why tyrique doesn’t like scott, because scott doesn’t follow him like the others [two crying emojis] #loveIsland" Another tweeted: "see how Scott isn’t being bullied into lipsing any girl? this is why tyrique wanted to beat him earlier on [crying emoji]" #loveisland It comes after fans begged for Ella Thomas, who was previously coupled up with Tyrique to instead recouple with Casa Amor boy Ouzy See, after revealing that they has a connection on the outside.
