Directed by Bongela, the film is produced by Marion Isaacs for The Good Black Project (South Africa), in co-production with Sonia Barrera and Viviana Gómez Echeverry of Viso Producciones (Colombia), with Jessica Devaney and Anya Rous of Multitude Films attached to executive produce.

ITV is reportedly planning to film a two-week-long series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this summer, in addition to the usual series – featuring some of fans’ favourite old faces. The hit reality show has been on for nearly 20 years, with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly remaining at the helm for nearly all of that time. But like pretty much every popular programme on the box, it was affected by the Covid outbreak and moved to Wales for two years.
With the hosts – and everyone else – keen for it to return to Australia it is claimed the broadcaster is making backup plans in the event this can’t happen in the winter. It’s thought this would be recorded in South Africa in July and is planned to be shown in 2023, after viewers get the usual fun in November – which would feature past faces from the past two decades. A show source told Metro. co. uk: ‘The team behind I’m A Celebrity are making a brand new spin-off of the hit series, this time set in South Africa.
‘It will be hosted by Ant & Dec and will feature the most loved, favourite camp mates from previous years. – The show is still very much based in the world of I’m A Celeb – the campmates will be doing trials and living in the camp environment, but with fresh and exciting new twists on the format. I'm A Celebrity could return to Wales for third year
