Houston welcomes the country's first multi-story 3D printed home

Producer Matt Jackson and his production company Jackson Pictures have signed a multi-year first look deal with Fifth Season — the global film and TV studio previously known as Endeavor Content, which has been behind such decorated titles as Apple TV+’s Emmy-winning series Severance and Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Oscar-nominated Netflix drama The Lost Daughter.

His podcast titled "Le Monstre," from Tenderfoot TV and iHeartMedia, details the story of Belgium serial killer, pedophile and kidnapper Marc Dutroux, whose case horrified a country and led to widespread changes in police procedures. The 65-year-old is serving a life sentence life for the kidnapping, rape and murder of several girls and young women in the 1990s.

The home of former Atlanta Falcons football player Julio Jones was burglarized Tuesday while he was in Florida playing in his first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In a news release, Atlanta police said officers responded to reports of a burglary at a residence in Buckhead. Upon arriving at the home, the officers were told the property belonged to Jones.

Left-leaning outlets have ignored the latest development in the debunked story about Border Patrol agents supposedly whipping Haitian migrants, despite previously parroting the claim.  According to a Sept 24, 2021 email obtained by the Heritage Foundation, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was told that the photographer who captured a clash between Border Patrol agents and Haitian migrants in Del Rio had said that the incident was being misconstrued. But hours before, Mayorkas attended a White House press conference where he failed to challenge the false narrative, pushed by other members of the Biden administration, including the president himself.

HARDY, country star and songwriter for some of the biggest names in country music like Morgan Wallen and Blake Shelton has announced the release of his upcoming album "the mockingbird & THE CROW" and a 2023 tour.  "the mockingbird & THE CROW" is an album that mixes up genres with both country and rock music.The new album comes after HARDY's 2020 album "A Rock."  The album will release on January 20, 2023.Three of the songs off the new album, the five-minute title track "the mockingbird & THE CROW," TRUCK BED" and "here lies country music" have already been released. HARDY announced the release of his new album "the mockingbird & THE CROW" and followed up the news with a 2023 tour announcement.  (Terry Wyatt) The album will also include "Wait In The Truck," a duet previously released featuring Lainey Wilson and HARDY's singles "Jack" and "Sold Out." "the mockingbird & THE CROW" will also include a Wallen collaboration with the song "Red."  A day after announcing the new album, HARDY kept the news coming with his 2023 tour with Jameson Rodgers and Blame My Youth.  HARDY's "the mockingbird & THE CROW" tour will kick off in February 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana and wrap up in April in Irving, Texas.  The album and tour announcement comes shortly after HARDY was in a tour bus accident that left the four on the bus with significant injuries.  The new HARDY album includes the song, "Red" featuring Morgan Wallen.

On Feb. 11, 2012, the world lost legendary performer Whitney Houston.  Just shy of the 11th anniversary of her death, fans will be reintroduced to Houston through her frequent collaborator and producer Clive Davis, who, along with several others, is releasing a biopic of the star, "I Wanna Dance with Somebody." Davis told Fox News Digital, "Up to now, nobody has touched the real person of Whitney."  He was critical of previous projects that tried to tell Houston's story, saying "They've only – depending on their prejudice – it's been the downfall.

The city of Houston held its second gun buyback event Saturday morning and officials believe the turnout made history. Hundreds of cars lined up at the city's Westchase Metro Park and Ride to participate in the program, which is part of Mayor Sylvester Turner's OneSafe Houston initiative. A few hours after the event was over, the mayor's office announced 1,208 guns were turned in on Saturday in exchange for a gift card, which is about 400 more than the 845 collected during Houston's first buyback in July.

Officials in New York City say that a man jumped from a luxury hotel in Times Square on Friday, which was being planned by Mayor Eric Adams to be used to house migrants. A spokesperson for the New York City Police Department said that officers responded to a 911 call of an unconscious person on Friday at 11:24 a.m. When officers arrived on the scene, the spokesperson said that a 38-year-old man was found in front of the Row hotel and said that he had injuries "indicative from a fall from an elevated position." Emergency medical workers pronounced the man dead.

Meet Benson, a three-year-old pup from Houston who is looking for a forever home.  Benson, thought to be a mix of a retriever and a Catahoula, is one of the many dogs up for adoption right now at Best Friends in Houston.  The adorable dog came to the program through a shelter in Houston called Harris County Pets, one of the animal intake shelters in the area.  Benson is great with people and with other dogs. He's eager to find his forever home.

Two caretakers at a Texas nursing home are faced charges this week after video surveillance footage allegedly showed them injuring an 87-year-old man in his room. Solidago Health and Rehabilitation caretakers Lisa Cooper, 61, and Keycia Johnson, 57, turned themselves into Texas City police Thursday pending an investigation into the assault.  Both women were charged with injuring an elderly person, a second-degree felony. The Texas City nursing home said the women were immediately suspended and have since been fired.
