Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have emotionally reflected on hosting their show, This Morning, during the Covid pandemic. The pair explained that the pandemic brought them closer together and admitted that they nearly cried at "the drop of a hat" when offering cash prizes during the show's Spin To Win competition to deserving winners.

Holly Willoughby got a fright on Thursday's This Morning when a dog growled at her, making her jump back.The This Morning host was presenting a segment on dognapping with co-host Phillip Schofield, looking at the rise in cases of animal theft and a Vice documentary that had been made about it. One victim of dognapping, Eco, was a guest in the studio along with owner Ceilidh Barclay, but Holly got a shock when the dog growled at her during the interview.

Despite the weather taking a turn, Holly Willoughby made sure to brighten up everyone's day in yet another colourful dress during Thursday's episode of This Morning.
