EXCLUSIVE: Robert Patrick (The Night Agent, Peacemaker) is playing a major role opposite lead Alan Ritchson in the upcoming second season of Prime Video’s Reacher. He took over the series regular role of Shane Langston from Rory Cochrane, who was originally cast in September before exiting at the end of last year due to scheduling conflict as the production schedule changed, Deadline has learned. He had not filmed any scenes, so the recasting did not require reshoots, I hear. Production on Season 2 of Reacher wrapped in late February.

Paramount Network will air the full season of the Paramount+ limited series beginning Sunday, June 18 at 8 p.m., with subsequent episodes dropping weekly thereafter. In addition to airing all 10 episodes, the network’s special broadcast will include extended featurettes at the end of each episode.

Will the forthcoming Indiana Jones film “Dial of Destiny” be the last time we ever see the intrepid archaeologist on screen? Harrison Ford seems to think so.

Harrison Ford says he believes the forthcoming Indiana Jones film Dial of Destiny will be the last ever time the celebrated archaeologist appears in a film. 

Harrison Ford recalled reliving the traumatic moment when he experienced a near-fatal plane crash in 2015 after his "1923" character suffered a serious injury. The 80-year-old actor noted his character John Dutton had eerie parallels to his personal life during an interview.  "When the scripts were coming, I was struck by how many major moments in my character's life had a substantial and not coincidental shadow of the same things in my life," Ford said during an interview with People.

Zack Sharf Digital News Director “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” director James Mangold confirmed in a new interview with Total Film magazine that Harrison Ford spends approximately 25 minutes of the sequel de-aged to appear around the age he was in “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” The “Dial of Destiny” team previously disclosed that new VFX technology was created for the film in order to de-age Ford, but now fans know it was for an extended act of the movie and not just a simple flashback scene. Mangold called Ford “incredibly gifted and agile,” which made it easy for the actor to “pretend that he was 35” when filming the scenes. “But the technology involved is a whole other thing,” Mangold said. “We had hundreds of hours of footage of him in close-ups, in mediums, in wides, in every kind of lighting, night and day. I could shoot Harrison on a Monday as, you know, a 79-year-old playing a 35-year-old, and I could see dailies by Wednesday with his head already replaced,”

Variety reports that legendary actor Al Pacino had all sorts of stories to share at a talk he did at the 92nd Street Y in NYC this week. Among them: Pacino turned down the role of Han Solo in “Star Wars,” despite “so much money” being offered him.

This comes amidst rumored tension between Sheridan, 52, and Costner, 68. On Friday, a source told the Daily Mail that Sheridan developed a “God complex” on the set of his hit Paramount Network show. The source alleged that Costner, who is also an executive producer on the show, felt dismissed when he raised concerns about the direction that the story was taking — and that he was told to “stick to acting.” However, “Kevin will forever be proud of and grateful for ‘Yellowstone’ and the cast is like family to him,” the source told the outlet. “He just felt like ‘Yellowstone’ is headed in a direction that was not in line with their initial vision, and he was met with criticism, including that he should just stick to acting.”No date has been set yet for when filming will begin for the second half of the final season. The ranching family drama, which follows John Dutton (Costner, who won a Golden Globe for the role) and his adult kids, including Beth (Kelly Reilly), Kayce (Luke Grimes), Jamie (Wes Bentley) and the late Lee (David Annable), has been a smash hit. Sheridan’s breakout hit has spawned several spinoff shows, including “1883” starring Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill; “1923” starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren; the upcoming “6666;” and yet another spinoff, whose title has yet to be announced, starring Matthew McConaughey.

Brandon Sklenar has joined the cast of .On Thursday, ET confirmed that the  actor will be starring alongside Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni as Atlas Corrigan, in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, It Ends With Us.Sklenar is best known for his breakout role as Spencer Dutton in Taylor Sheridan's  prequel, 1923 for Paramount+, in which he stars opposite Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. 1923,” has joined the Sony love triangle drama “It Ends With Us,” based on the bestselling novel by Colleen Hoover.The film will star Blake Lively as Lilly Bloom a woman with a complicated past who believes she may have found her soulmate when she meets a Boston neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid, played by Justin Baldoni. Sklenar will play Lilly’s high school love interest, Atlas Corrigan, whose unexpected arrival complicates Lilly and Ryle’s relationship even as other questions and uncertainties arise.

Helen Mirren had to "pretend to be cool" when she was told to hop into bed with Harrison Ford while filming the "Yellowstone" prequel "1923." During a panel for the 2023 Awards Season Screening Series with TheWrap, Mirren was joined by co-stars Brandon Sklenar and Aminah Nieves to tell stories from filming the first season. "He’s amazing. He really is," Mirren gushed.
