Helen Flanagan has thanked one of her friends for sending her a supportive gift as she admitted 'needing a bit of faith'. The actress has been getting back into her usual routine after enjoying a New Year break with her children.
Helen, 33, whisked her three children - Matilda, seven, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two - off on holiday with her pal, Beth, after spending Christmas without them. The mum-of-three admitted it felt 'weird' being without her kids during the festivities for the first time as they stayed with their dad, footballer Scott Sinclair, and his mum while Helen spent the day with her parents up north.
She then planned the trip in a bid to enjoy her own quality time with her children and was also joined by her friend, Beth, as the ditched the UK for Bali. The former Coronation Street star shared some updates to social media from their break and opened up about it not being all plain sailing when she got back home and even joked she was "never travelling again".

And so a gift from a pal may have been the boost she needed. Taking to her Instagram Story, Helen shared a video of herself as she travelled in the back of a car. Still sporting slightly blushed skin after catching the sun on her holiday, the 33-year-old was drawing attention to her jewellery.
She was wearing a gold necklace round her neck which featured the word 'Faith'. Helen then explained as she typed alongside the post: "My lovely friend @graceprosser13 gave me this necklace on Christmas Eve and I love it. Find it a comfort." She then added: "Faith [butterfly
