Helen Flanagan has told fans 'it's hard' as she made an admission about parenting following her split from her ex-fiance. The actress is a proud mum to Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old son Charlie, who she shares with footballer Scott Sinclair.
Helen, 33, opened up about her split from her Bristol Rovers star fiance for the first time ahead of her stint on I'm A Celebrity... South Africa earlier this year, confirming the former couple of 13 years broke up last July.
But something the former Coronation Street star has been keen to keep up with despite solo parenting is her one-on-one quality time with each of her three children.

Back in May, Helen, who is famed for having played Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, headed out to an opening with her eldest daughter in tow. Taking to Instagram Helen shared how she was enjoying an afternoon at a brand new Marks and Spencer's cafe and had taken Matilda along with her.
And on her Instagram Story at the time, Helen gave a brief explanation as to why she had just taken Matilda to the event while her other children, four-year-old Delilah and two-year-old Charlie, stayed with her friend who helps her out with her three kids since she split from their dad.
Filming Matilda tucking into some of the treats on offer, the actress, who played Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie, said: "Got to spend quality time with my beautiful eldest girl," before posting a pink heart. She explained: "Try and do quality time with all my kids."
