Selena Kuznikov Studio71 has signed an exclusive ad sales agreement with pop-culture podcast “Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald.” The media company will sell advertising and brand partnerships across both audio and video. The podcast is hosted by stand-up comedian Heather McDonald, who has released comedy specials on Prime Video, Netflix and Showtime.
McDonald delves into pop culture on her podcast – from all things Hollywood, celebrity romances, Bravo TV and even her real-life drama. “Juicy Scoop” has produced more than 800 episodes and has over 200 million downloads.
“As the worlds of pop-culture and comedy move ever-faster, I’m so excited to partner with Studio71 to bring my podcast to even more ears and eyeballs,” McDonald said in a press release. “Whether it’s commentary on the craziest celebrity news or expanding ‘Juicy Scoop’s’ subject matter into new unexplored territory, I can’t wait for what’s next.” McDonald wrote, produced and appeared on “Chelsea Lately.” She also starred in the mockumentary series “After Lately.” She also had featured roles in “White Chicks” and “Dance Flicks” from the Wayans brothers.
She has been seen on “Watch What Happens Live,” “The Bachelorette,” “Wendy Williams,” “Nightline,” “25 Words or Less,” “Punchline,” “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” “The Tonight Show,” “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and more. Studio 71 has more than 100 creator-led shows releasing podcasts in both audio and video formats.
