A charity set up by a double organ recipient to 'pay tribute to his donor' has helped fund £2 million worth of good causes across Scotland.

The family of a once notorious armed robber who had since turned his back on crime have paid heartfelt tribute to him after he was killed in a motorbike crash.
Pavè "Paul" Corkovic, 60, died as a result of his injuries after he was tragically involved in a collision on Albion Way in Salford on Saturday (June 22). A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the incident and has since been released on bail.
Paying tribute to him, his family described him as a 'family man' who 'turned his life around' and 'did right' by his three children.

"There are no words to express how we feel," they said. "We as a family are in disbelief and none of us will ever forget him. Drago, the twins' big brother, will make sure they know everything about their dad, especially how he turned his life around and did right by them. He loved being a family man and was their protector, provider and a constant presence in their lives.
"Nt, Drago, the twins, your dog Rocky, the family and your many beloved friends are so proud of how far you've come. We will miss you Pavè and your legacy will live on through your kids.
"As Pavè would say; 'Life is a question of mind over matter, I don’t mind and you don’t matter.'
"We appreciate the love, support and condolences. And we ask for privacy at this time to grieve the loss of Our Salford Legend, Pavè Corkovic."
