Derek Cianfrance, writer-director of the HBO limited series “I Know This Much Is True,” has set a two-year overall deal with HBO.
The deal calls for the helmer to develop a range of projects for the pay TV powerhouse.

Mark Ruffalo struggled with having to lose and gain weight to play twin brothers in his new HBO show I Know This Much is True.
Mark Ruffalo piled on the pounds for his new role in TV series I Know This Much Is True by eating “bowls and bowls of oatmeal”.
