I and Hawaii Five-0, took to Instagram to express his sorrow, referring to Taylor as a "gentle giant" while saying: "I am devastated. Heartbroken. I'll post some detailed feelings later.
Just too hard right now." Taylor's sister Alyssa posted an emotional Facebook video tribute, showing the family together playing ball games and board games, in remembrance of their beloved brother and uncle. She included the sentiment: "Mourning and celebrating our favorite brother and uncle the way he would want us to," adding, "Family, Food, Music and Good Vibes. Aurrrrrrighhhhh (in his voice)." Alongside a clip of Taylor's nephews and nieces singing Bob Marley's song Three Little Birds (Don't Worry About A Thing), she wrote: "Singing for their uncle tee." A heartfelt tribute flowed from the Magnum P.
I fan page on Twitter, which is now called X, where they shared their deep sadness over the loss of Taylor. Their post was accompanied by a photo from his time on the series: "We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Taylor Wily, the cherished actor who portrayed Kamekona on #MagnumPI and #HawaiiFive0.
