Also joining the festivities at Mayfair club Oswald's - which is owned by British entrepreneur Robin Birley - were the Kents - the Duke of Kent and Prince Michael - as well as Prince Edward (Duke of Wessex) and his wife Sophie.The owner of the plush club also owns and runs 5 Hertford Street, which is where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had their first date, but despite being in London for his father's big day, Charles' youngest son was absent from the festivities.

Charles has spent his entire life preparing for his role as King, and today he will finally be crowned at a Coronation filled with pomp and ceremony.

Prince Harry and and Prince Andrew will not have formal roles at the Coronation, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.The Duke of Sussex and the Duke of York, who are no longer working royals, will attend the service on Saturday, but will not perform any duties.The two men will also be absent from the procession behind the Gold State Coach carrying the newly crowned King and Queen from Westminster Abbey back to Buckingham Palace after the ceremony. Tomorrow is the big day, King Charles will officially be crowned and thousands of people will gather to celebrate the historic event - but many Royal fans many are curious as to what the atmosphere will be like as Prince Harry jets in from America.
