Halle Bailey opened up about her experience filming The Little Mermaid in a new interview.
The 23-year-old singer and actress is set to portray Ariel in Disney’s live action remake of the classic film. In a new conversation with V, she revealed one of the biggest lessons that she learned from her co-star Melissa McCarthy (who is playing Ursula).
She also spoke about being stuck in London, where she moved for filming, because of the pandemic. While it was a difficult experience, Halle said that it helped her in a big way.
