H&M's Market Street store has temporarily closed its doors ahead of a major refurbishment. The retailer has confirmed that the Manchester store will be closed for five months while it undergoes an 'amazing rebuild and transformation', enhancing the existing offer for Manchester shoppers.
The clothing and homeware brand has also said that customers will still be able to shop at H&M in Manchester while the rebuild is progressing. A brand-new, temporary store fit out will be created at the front of the store, and from June 29 until September 16, a carefully curated capsule collection of womenswear will be available so shoppers can snap up the latest styles over the summer months.
During the refurbishment, customers will also be able to use H&M's Click & Collect service, a dedicated online activation area and bespoke members offers and benefits. From September until the store's reopening in November, the shopping area will be once again revamped into a new customer offering which will be revealed closer to the time.

We will be reopening later this year with a new and improved store where customers can enjoy our curated fashion collections in a newly designed space which celebrates style and creativity.”
