Gwyneth Paltrow’s so-called “wellness routine” has been criticised, with some people questioning the actress' lifestyle. In a snippet of a new podcast shared to TikTok, the Iron Man star chats to Dr. Will Cole, who asks Gwyneth “What [does] your wellness routine look like now?”.
The actress replied: “I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast, I usually eat something about 12 and in the morning I have things that won't spike my blood sugar so I have coffee. “But I really like soup for lunch.
I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days.Try to do one hour of movement, so I'll either take a walk or I'll do Pilates or I'll do my Tracy Anderson." “And then I dry brush and I get in the sauna. So I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then for dinner I try to eat according to paleo - so lots of vegetables," she added. Gwyneth went on to label it as “important” to “support my detox”.
Since the snippet of the interview was shared on the popular video sharing platform earlier this week, almost 17,000 people have commented – many of which criticised the starlet’s routine. “So coffee and bone broth are meals now,” questioned one person, as someone else wrote: “This is 90s children’s trauma in a nutshell, no pun”. “What is she detoxing from if she doesn’t eat?” added another, while a fourth penned: “Is starving wellness?” Someone else labelled the chat as “heartbreaking”, as another expressed concerns about Gwyneth who looked “tired and hungry”.
In a separate clip shared to TikTok, the actress voiced her love of IV drips, and even had one in while beginning the interview. “I love an IV. I’m an early IV adopter,” she said.
