Gok Wan left This Morning viewers doing a double-take as he appeared on the show for the latest cooking segment. The celebrity cook was back in the kitchen alongside hosts Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes.
He was preparing to make a delicious prawn ramen when he was set the task of making the dish as quick as it takes for a takeaway version to arrive at the studio after claiming it could be made in 10 minutes flat for the ultimate lunchtime fix.
Gok, 47, had plenty of time to spare as when he finished serving up the bowl of noodle goodness to Rochelle and Phillip, the takeaway delivery still hadn't arrived. Praising his own work, he said: "That is good. I am really good."

However, This Morning viewers who were following along with Gok's latest cooking demonstration on the show were left horrified after they noticed he made a TV cooking error - he returned the spoon he ate from to the pan. Gasp.
