After a Brighton-based lingerie company created a limited-edition line of bras containing selected crystals, the trend has taken off in Hollywood with celebrities like Miranda Kerr following suit. As Emma started her segment, Phillip, 60, was soon cutting straight to the point.
He said; "Never mind keeping the crystals in your pocket or around your neck, the new trend is keeping them in your lingerie." Emma replied: "We put them in our bra because we've been doing it for centuries so we can keep things close to our chest."
She went on: "Energetically it's not just about tucking them away, energy is influenced by crystals. They can help us shift and change and allow the flow to harmonise as we need. So we have energy centers which run through the body and these are great big vortexes of energy that move back
