Gogglebox’s Mica Ven was one proud mum this week as she shared a snap of her rarely-seen stepson Shiloh ‘Sugar Shy’ Defreitas after he won his boxing match over the weekend. Mica, 43, and her longtime partner Marcus Luther, 37, have become firm favourites on the hit Channel 4 show, since they launched onto our screens four years ago, and they’re loved for their hilarious conversations and clearly strong relationship. The couple have been together for many years and share a blended family, including Shilo, Marcus’ son from a previous relationship, Mica’s daughters, Sachelle and Shuggy, from a previous relationship and son, Yash who they share together.
Marcus owns his own boxing gym in London, which trains sporting stars and young people, and it’s clear his sons are following in his footsteps, with Marcus and Mica often sharing their sporting triumphs on Instagram. In the same post, she shared images of her and Marcus attending the boxing match, which took place at the 02 London, as well as footage of their hotel room. Mica captioned the post: “When ya Boxer son gets you out the house @sugarshy_.
“Yoooo We got a Serious fighter in the gang Young black role model representing South London beautifully WELL PROUD”. She continued: "You’re a shining star in mi favourite sport "Thanks for a lovely weekend champ. “Thank you God for your blessings”.
