Gogglebox hit with Ofcom complaints after X-rated duck scene shocks viewers

reality series were shocked by a particular scene that aired on the programme last month in April 2022. Some even took it upon themselves to write in a formal complaint to Ofcom after they witnessed raunchy scene between a woman and a duck. During the hour-long episode, the sofa critics tuned into a scene from the Apple TV Plus series called Roar, whereby the a character named Elisa (Merritt Wever) is sexually pleasured by a bird.

Fans have gone wild over ITV's Liar after the hit drama was recently added to Netflix. Series one of the psychological thriller was initially released in 2017 and centres on newly-single school teacher Laura (played by Joanne Froggatt) who goes on a date with widower surgeon Andrew Earlham (Ioan Gruffudd). It was a huge hit at the time, with ITV going on to commission a second series, which arrived on screens in 2020.

Gogglebox has been slapped with more complaints after viewers shared their disgruntlement with the broadcasting watchdog over recent scenes. Fans of the Channel 4 show had already lodged more than 100 complaints with Ofcom over an episode aired on April 22.
