GMB’s Ben Shephard shares rare snap with wife as he jokes pair are 'peak middle age'

Good Morning Britain and Tipping Point host Ben Shephard enjoyed some gentle exercise walking in the winter sunshine with his wife Annie. Ben, 47, cheekily joked that the picture showed that the pair had “hit peak middle age” as they clutched flasks of hot tea during their stroll.
He wrote: “It’s happened - we’ve just hit peak middle age. Went for a walk with @mrsannieshephard in the afternoon sunshine, and we took flasks of tea!! So Rock n Roll! #sorrynotsorry." Ben and Annie have been married since 2004, having met at university and they have two sons together.The couple share a beautiful home in West London.
