GKIDS Nabs North American Rights to ‘The Deer King’

Later this year, Nigerian pop star Wizkid will finally be able to tour behind his monster 2020 album Made In Lagos — one of our favorite albums of the year — in the United States and Canada. The dates begin September 10 in Boston and continue until October 12 in Atlanta.

Tkay Maidza has announced a North American tour for September this year, her first trek across the country since 2017.The Adelaide rapper, now based in Los Angeles, will support Emotional Oranges for 11 dates of their Sad Fruit tour from September to November.Maidza will perform two headline shows in Los Angeles and Brooklyn, in addition to sampling the returning American festival circuit by joining the bill at Austin City Limits, Day N Vegas and All Things Go.

Mogwai have announced a 16-date North American headline tour for 2022, marking their first full run of shows in support of latest album ‘As The Love Continues’.The tour will kick off at the 9:30 Club in Washington on Tuesday April 5, rolling through a further 13 US and two Canadian cities before wrapping up in San Diego on Sunday April 24. Tickets will be available from 9am local time, Wednesday July 30.Mogwai’s tenth studio album, ‘As The Love Continues’, was released back in February.
