George Floyd’s family pays tribute at emotional funeral: “Justice will be served”

Bossip, Ne-Yo joinedThe Morning Hustle to double down on what he said a couple of  weeks ago at the funeral in Houston. Before singing during the service, Ne-Yo thanked “George Floyd for his sacrifice, so that my kids can be alright later on.” He says he meant nothing negative by the comment, and wants the black community to stay focused on what’s important!“We cannot let ignorance divide us right now,” he said.

The actor took to social media to pay tribute to George Floyd in a really touching way. Johnny Depp posted a cover of Bob Dylan’s Times They Are A-Changin’ on his relatively new Instagram page and shared a very important message in the caption as well.

Like many other celebrities, Jennifer Aniston has also come out in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and has donated USD 1 million to several Racial Justice Charities after George Floyd's death. The Murder Mystery actress has stood against police brutality and racial injustice ever since the protests started raging across US after George Floyd died on May 25 in Minneapolis.

George Floyd will never be forgotten. The 46-year-old was remembered at an emotional memorial service held in Raeford, North Carolina — his birthplace — on Saturday, June 6.

As George Floyd protests continue to rage in the US, celebrities are taking a stand to speak up and contribute in their own little way. Selena Gomez is one such star.
