Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has accused the Glazers of depressing ambition and playing with the club after defeat to Arsenal.
On Sunday, reports in the Daily Mail claimed the Reds owners were ready to take United off the market because they had not received a bid in the region of £10bn. Sky Sports have since reported the two bidders - Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe - are unaware of any change on the status of the sale.
The Glazers announced a 'strategic review' last November but nearly a year on, the process is still ongoing. And speaking on Sky Sports after United lost to Arsenal, Neville reiterated his anger on the situation.

He said: "There is still messing around behind the scenes. Can you imagine how unsettled it is behind the scenes, for the staff at the club wondering whether they have got a job in the next six months when the new owners came in?
"Imagine the players who came in and wondering whether new owners come in and want to spend money. Imagine if you are wanting to sell a business, this causes a really unsettled environment everywhere and it creates a toxicity at Manchester United and believe me I know people there, it exists and the owners have created that
"It is difficult to be successful if you have got so much uncertainty at the top of the club. Today, I thought Manchester United played well for large parts and ultimately you can say that has nothing to do with the owners but overall it is not a successful football club because of what the owners have done. They've literally depressed ambition."
Sky presenter David Jones then mentioned the reports regarding the owners thinking about taking United
