I think Matt Reeves’ ideas were fantastic and he made a brilliant movie. And I also think that Rob [Robert Pattinson] did an amazing job with the character and I loved seeing him in it. So I don’t think I would have done as good a job as him ultimately. I don’t think I could have fit as well into the world that Matt created as Rob did.”

Hence my roles, I imagine.” “I was worried since the beginning of time that a glaring fault would remove me from the workforce,” Blair continued. “And usually it was my incoordination or getting stuck, too weak or sick, in my trailer — or any time, really. Buckingham Palace have added a special Friday "reception" to King Charles III's Coronation weekend plans, it is claimed.  It's said the event will kick off on Friday 5th May ahead of the main Coronation at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6th, which is said to be including both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the programme despite the Duchess of Sussex staying in the US. The Friday event is said to cater for a group of VIPs, some of which won't have received an official invitation to the main event the following day.

Geimer has often spoken out in support of Polanski, although this time she did it in an interview with France’s Le Point magazine that was conducted by none other than Polanski’s wife, the actor Emmanuelle Seigner. Polanski was arrested in 1977 for having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He accepted a plea bargain and only served 42 days in prison. He fled the United States in 1978 while still under probation after his legal team got word that he was going to face imprisonment on additional charges. He was detained by Swiss police decades later in 2009 while traveling to the Zurich Film Festival in an attempt by the United States to extradite him. The Swiss court ultimately rejected the request and released Polanski.
