Freddie Gibbs announces 2023 Australian tour

Jack Johnson has announced he’ll be embarking on a run of Australian and New Zealand shows later this year.The tour comes in support of his latest album ‘Meet The Moonlight’, which arrived last Friday (June 24). It’ll see Johnson and his band arrive in Australia in late November, playing shows in Perth, the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, before heading to New Zealand’s Auckland and Napier.He’ll be supported by Emily Wurramara and Ziggy Alberts for the Australian dates, with The Black Seeds joining him in New Zealand.Tickets for the shows go on sale Friday July 1 at 10am local time, and will be available to purchase here.A post shared by Jack Johnson (@jackjohnson)It’ll be the first time the singer has visited Australia since 2019’s Byron Bay Bluesfest, and his first New Zealand shows since 2017.‘Meet The Moonlight’ marks Johnson’s eighth studio album and his first LP release in five years.

Pink Floyd have announced a physical release date for their Ukraine benefit single ‘Hey Hey Rise Up’, which marked the rock titans’ first new song in 25 years when it arrived digitally back in April.The new song will be available as both a seven-inch vinyl and CD single on July 15 in the UK, Europe and other markets, while it will be released on August 3 in Japan. In North America, Canada, Australia and Mexico, it will arrive on October 21.The B-side will feature a reworked version of ‘A Great Day For Freedom’, from Pink Floyd’s 1994 album ‘The Division Bell’, reimagined by David Gilmour based on the original tapes for the track.‘Hey Hey Rise Up’ was recorded in March of this year.

Billie Eilish has added another leg to her ‘Happier Than Ever’ world tour, announcing six tour dates in Asia this August.The shows, announced today (June 23), will mark Eilish’s first-ever headlining shows in the continent. The singer had previously performed in Singapore, Tokyo and Osaka in 2018 as part of the Laneway and Summer Sonic festivals respectively.The new dates will take Eilish to cities across the Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Japan.

Conan Gray has shared details of a four-date Australasian tour, which is set to take place this coming November.The tour, announced today (June 16), will mark Gray’s second visit to Australia following his inaugural run of shows in February of 2020. The Auckland date will also mark Gray’s first time ever in New Zealand.The tour will be in support of ‘Superache’, Gray’s second studio album, which is set for release next Friday (June 24).

Amyl & The Sniffers have announced a new run of North American tour dates, marking their second tour of the continent this year.The new dates will see the Australian band return to the United States in September and October. The tour will begin with an appearance at the first-ever Los Angeles edition of the  Primavera Sound festival, before taking the band on a run of 14 headlining shows across the country.It follows on from the band’s previous tour in April and May of 2022.

It includes eight more games than the 42 that came with the original Mega Drive Mini.While there’s no worldwide release date confirmed at the time of publication, there was only a few week’s difference between the European and Australian release date of the 2019 Mega Drive Mini and its release in the rest of the world, so it may be a similar case.The host of the stream, Yosuke Okunari, notably stated back in 2020 that the next mini console from Sega could be based on the SG-1000 or Dreamcast.
