Four more people have died with coronavirus in UK as 853 new cases confirmed

Covid-19 in the last 24 hours has jumped to almost 3,000. According to the latest official figures, as of 9am on Sunday there were 2,988 lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus - a sharp spike from yesterday's figure of 1,813.Today's figures are the highest recorded since May 22.
