In the black and white video montage posted to her Instagram, Clelia revealed the moment she was gently lifted into a birthing pool and assisted by nurses before giving birth.The clip was quickly followed by some adorable shots of her new born baby in the hospital, before Tommy was seen carrying the baby out of the hospital in a car seat.
