The Crow starring Bill Skarsgård (It) and FKA twigs has reportedly finished filming.According to The Prague Reporter, the remake wrapped up filming in Prague last week after 10 weeks of shooting, taking in locations such as the Czech Republic capital’s Rudolfinum concert hall, the Jewish Quarter, the Municipal House and the Main Train Station.Filming for The Crow also reportedly took place at the brand-new Penzing Studios outside Munich.The film is being helmed by Rupert Sanders, who previously directed Snow White And The Huntsman and Ghost In The Shell.“The Crow is beautiful, dark, poetic and sometimes disturbing,” Sanders previously told Deadline. “It is a story of love, loss, grief and revenge.

Michaela Zee editor Fox Sports Films has announced the upcoming original documentary “David Ortiz: Legend of the Fall,” spotlighting Boston Red Sox veteran and Fox MLB analyst Ortiz (aka Big Papi). The sports documentary is set to premiere Oct. 14 on FS1. “David Ortiz: Legend of the Fall” follows the baseball career and legacy of Ortiz, from the Red Sox’s three World Series championships to his Hall of Fame induction. The documentary film features exclusive interviews with various teammates and rivals, along with behind-the-scenes footage showcasing Ortiz’s intimate moments and celebrations. “This film sends the message to my fans that if you have faith and don’t quit, you can achieve your dreams,” said Ortiz in a statement. “I was very fortunate to achieve mine and I am humbled by my entry into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Denzel Curry has announced a deluxe reissue of his recent fifth album, ‘Melt My Eyez See Your Future’, for which he’s re-recorded eight of its songs with his 10-piece ensemble, The Cold Blooded Soul Band.According to a press release, Curry and the band – which features guitar, bass, keys, drums, percussion, a four-piece horn ensemble and a backing vocalist – recorded the ten songs that comprise the second disc in a single take. Curry first unveiled the Cold Blooded Soul Band during his appearance on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert back in June.In addition to eight of the tracks from the original album, the band also recorded two previously-unreleased songs: ‘Chrome Hearts’ and ‘Larger Than Life’. Ed Meza @edmezavar “H2: The Occupation Lab,” a documentary by Israeli filmmakers Idit Avrahami and Noam Sheizaf, chronicles the impact Jewish settlers and military occupation have had on the Palestinian city of Hebron and how the repressive methods of control there are being widely adopted in other areas of the occupied territories. The film screens in the Zurich Film Festival’s Border Lines sidebar, which showcases works that deal with territorial and social conflicts and humanitarian issues. Avrahami and Sheizaf had long wanted to collaborate on a project about the West Bank. “We both feel that the occupation is the most urgent issue Israeli filmmakers face,” says Sheizaf.

Naman Ramachandran Joachim Back’s “Corner Office,” featuring “Mad Men” star John Hamm, will open the 30th edition of London’s Raindance Film Festival (Oct. 26-Nov. 5). Austin Bragg and Meredith Bragg’s “Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game” will close the festival. Donna and Shula Productions leaders Dana Eden and Shula Spiegel have shepherded two seasons of the espionage drama series “Tehran” with Syrkin. The series debuted in June 2020 on Israel’s Kan 11 broadcast network. Apple TV+ quickly picked up the show, making it the first non-English series to premiere on the platform. “Tehran” bowed on Apple TV+ in 2021 and the streaming giant partnered with Kan 11 on the production of a second season that premiered in May.
