With a solid Instagram following of 534,000, Andrea often gives fans a glimpse into her workouts and isn't shy about showing some skin while she's at it.
She recently posted a video where she pumps up her shoulder muscles with cable routines before breaking into a dance for the camera. Next on her workout list were some rigorous sets focused on her triceps and back.
Her caption alongside the video read: "Some serious upper body training. When you're enjoying what you do, you forget the time. Up to 6 hours training unbelievable how is the resistance and the strength of our mind. The giant is back, and I am so proud of it! Good job!"
To prove her dedication, she wrapped up the video display with a timer indicating the length of her intensive training. Since sharing her marathon session online, Andrea received hundreds of likes and numerous comments celebrating her commitment.
