A brand new housing development has been built in Hale worth a whopping £7m. Set in the affluent village where the average house price is £689,600, they are the only residential new-build homes available to buy in the sought-after area at the moment.
Situated on Brown Street in the heart of Hale Village, ten unique townhouses have just recently gone on the market, with 50 per cent of the development now sold.
The homes combine modern design with carefully thought-out construction and attention to detail. Each townhouse has three-bedrooms and boasts a private rooftop garden for indoor-outdoor living, creating an environment like no other property in the area.

Brought to life by Novo Property Group and Project 3 Architect, the homes span four floors and have been designed to maximise both light and space, with each one featuring an upside-down layout.
On the ground floor there is an integrated garage with an electric charging point, a storage area and a hallway with stairs leading to the first part of the home.
Two light-filled bedrooms lie on the first floor, the bigger one with its own outdoor patio area, and a bathroom. Up on the second floor is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens out onto the rooftop garden which has artificial grass, seating areas and modern décor.
On the third and top floor is the main bedroom, which has its own en-suite and private terrace.
The development has been launched to market through the Hale branch of estate agents Thornley Groves. The price of the townhouses start at £679,950 with five of them still available to buy.
