A Scots mum has been left distraught after opportunist thieves stole from her open car while she unloaded her shopping.

This is the dramatic moment two cars burst into flames on a quiet street in Glasgow.
Emergency services scrambled to Camphill Avenue in the south side of the city after the alarm was raised at around 9.35pm on Wednesday, March 16.
Residents heard explosions before seeing a vehicle on fire on the street in Shawlands.
Footage obtained by the Record shows the huge fireball on the residential road.
A car horn can be heard going off while shocked locals watch on in horror as fire crews battle the blaze.
As the video zooms into focus, a vehicle can be seen completely engulfed in flames with huge plumes of smoke billowing up into the sky.
It's understood the fire spread to another nearby parked vehicle which also quickly went up in flames.
In a second video firefighters can be seen to have the blaze under control.
The noise of popping and explosions can be heard while a loud horn continues to go off, echoing down the street.
Fire crews confirmed they quickly sent one appliance to the scene and there were thankfully no reported casualties.
Police have confirmed there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances relating to the blaze.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.39pm on Wednesday, March 16 to reports of a car on fire at Camphill Avenue, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised one fire appliance and firefighters extinguished a fire affecting two vehicles.
“There were no reported casualties and crews left after ensuring the area was made safe.”
