A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 1.49am on Monday, April 6 to reports of three vehicles on fire in Newmains.
“Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the town’s Murdostoun View, where crews were met by a van and two vehicles well alight.
