Alvaro Fernandez is one of Manchester United's most promising youngsters. The left back's performances last season brought him to the verge of the Reds' first-team with a buccaneering style that saw him become a firm favourite among fans.
United chose to send him out on loan this summer, moving him to Preston North End, and he has adapted to life in the Championship very well so far.
We spoke to George Hodgson, PNE writer for Lancs Live, about how Fernandez's time at Deepdale so far.
GH: Pretty seamlessly. He was electric on debut, at Huddersfield in the EFL Cup, but picked up a knock just before half-time which ruled him out for the next three weeks or so. Since returning to fitness, he's got himself back in the starting line-up, built up his fitness and deservedly kept his place. The signs are extremely bright and he looks a player who'll only get better and better from here.
GH: He's added a whole new dimension to PNE's attacking play down the left. With wing-backs, it's so crucial to have them contributing in the final third and that comes so naturally to Alvaro with his speed and skill.
He drifts inside with ease and is comfortable passing with his right foot, but is devastating on the outside too - delivering crosses into dangerous areas. Lowe (Ryan, manager) was full of belief that he'd cause defences real problems at this level and he's been proven right so far. He hasn't struggled defensively yet and likes a tackle for sure.

GH: He's that kind of character anyway. His first interview was a breath of fresh air and he looks like he's really embracing this loan move - always smiling, laughing and interacting on social media.
