Love Island star Faye Winter has revealed that boyfriend Teddy Soares’ journey on The Real Full Monty was the reason she decided to get a mole on her stomach checked out. Teddy, 26, took part on the programme last year, where he opened up about losing his father to cancer when he was just 13 years old.
In the wake of Teddy starring on the programme which is aimed at raising awareness of the importance of checking your body, his girlfriend Faye checked her own body out, and recently had a mole removed on her stomach as a precaution. Discussing what sparked her to get it checked, the blonde beauty told OK! Online while at the National Diversity Awards: “The reason I got my body checked is because Teddy did The Full Monty.
He actually raised awareness for cancer, and it was one thing on my body that I wasn’t 100% sure on and it made me realise that I needed to get it checked.” “It was a mole that no one was really happy with,” Faye continued. “They didn’t like the look of it, even though I thought it was cute.Teddy was like, ‘babe, it’s getting bigger, it’s getting a bit darker, I think you should get it checked’.” At the event on Friday 4 February, Faye proudly showcased her removal scar on her stomach in a stunning black cut-out dress which Teddy picked out for her.
