Since meeting during the 2021 series of Love Island, Faye Winter and Teddy Soares have gone from strength to strength. The couple moved into their new home just three months after the show wrapped in August, and with living together only bringing them closer, talk has naturally turned to a potential engagement.
Speaking exclusively to new magazine, Faye revealed that she often questions her other half about when he is going to propose and asks him, “Where’s the ring?” She said: “Faye: I’m constantly like this to Teddy [Faye holds up her left hand] and showing him my hand. “The other morning, I woke up and the first thing I said to him was, “When are you going to propose? “My mum and dad have been together for 35 years and they’re not married and they’re happy as Larry, but don’t worry Teddy that doesn’t mean you can’t not get me a ring!” Teddy then excitingly revealed that he does have an idea of when he might get down on one knee in the future. He added with a laugh: “Our relationship has definitely proved that everything has its time and getting engaged has its time as well, but I can’t give away that secret about my plans!” And Faye’s only requirement is that the sparkler is “big”.
