A family has paid tribute to a 'loved brother, son and uncle' who has died following a horror crash in Cheshire. Christopher 'Bigsby' Allen was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following the collision on Monday morning (May 18).
The keen musician sadly died yesterday (Wednesday), aged 47. In a statement issued through Cheshire Police, his family said of Mr Allen: "Loved brother, son and uncle.
"Known to many as Bigsby, keep on rocking." The statement added: "The family wish to be left in privacy at this time."

Mr Allen, from Crewe, was rushed to Royal Stoke Hospital for emergency treatment following the crash on Wettenhall Road in Poole, near Nantwich. It followed a collision involving a white Volvo and a silver Audi TT Quattro before 8.53am on Monday, near to the junction of Dairy Lane.
Mr Allen had been driving the Audi. Cheshire Police says his family are currently being supported by specialist officers following his death.
The driver of the Volvo, a 65-year-old local woman, was also injured in the crash. She was taken to Leighton Hospital and has since been discharged.
Enquiries in relation to the collision are ongoing. Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
Inspector Steve Griffiths, of Cheshire Police's Serious and Complex Collision Investigation Unit, said: "As part of our ongoing investigation, it is vital we speak to any witnesses who may have seen the lead up to the collision or the collision itself.
"We also ask anyone who lives in the area or was using Wettenhall Road that morning to check their CCTV or vehicle Dashcam for footage that may assist us. I urge anyone
