A new video from Ezra Miller‘s March 2022 arrest has been released to the public and it shows the actor getting aggressive with cops.
The 29-year-old Fantastic Beasts star was arrest in Hawaii during an incident at a bar.
Ezra, who uses they/them pronouns, is seen being escorted out of the bar while claiming that they were assaulted. The cops then arrest them for disorderly conduct after allegedly attacking people in the bar.
“I got assaulted and I started filming. Let me show you the video. I got assaulted in this bar, twice in a row. I film myself when I get assaulted for NFT crypto art,” Ezra told the cops, before asking them to give their names.
Ezra screamed at them, “What’s your name? What’s your badge number? Tell me your name and your badge number. Full name! Full badge number! Don’t touch me. Tell me your name and your badge number, now!”
While being arrested, Ezra claimed they were the one who was assaulted. “The guy at that bar declared himself as a Nazi. I have it on film and he attacked me.”
Ezra tried to use various amendments to resist arrest.
“I claim my 9th amendment rights to not be unlawfully persecuted for a crime of no designation. Disorderly conduct means something I am un-guilty of,” Ezra said. “I claim my 4th amendment rights to not be searched and seized on no probably cause, that you will not be able to offer in a court of law. I claim my 4th Amendment rights to not be searched and seized.”
During the arrest, Ezra said they are transgender and did not want to be touched by a male police officer.
“Hey, you just touched my penis. Please don’t do that,” they said. “I’m transgender, non-binary and I don’t want to be searched by a man!”
