Manchester United completed their second signing of the summer transfer window last week, landing former Brentford midfielder Christian Eriksen on a free transfer.
The attacking-midfielder — who could make his United debut against Atletico Madrid in Oslo in just over a week's time — has joined the club on a three-year deal. He turned down the offer of a new contract at Brentford after joining the Bees on a short-term deal back in January.
Brentford were desperate to retain his services after he made such a positive impact following his January arrival. He scored one goal and grabbed four assists in just 11 Premier League appearances.

His form for the Londoners, unsurprisingly, captured the attention of several big-name clubs, including United. Erik ten Hag was determined to add another creative element to his midfield options and Eriksen will offer exactly that.
That extra quality on the ball is exactly what Ten Hag wants, and has come to expect from the former Tottenham Hotspur ace. The Dutchman, who has overseen three wins from United's opening three pre-season friendlies, believes his strikers will thrive off Eriksen's creativity.
"He's an experienced player," Ten Hag told United's club website. "He plays in countries abroad, in Italy, in Holland, a long time in England, so he knows the Premier League.
"It's an absolute advantage that we have him in. I think he is a magnificent football player and I think the fans will enjoy watching him, because he's creative, he has ideas.
"I think especially our strikers will also be happy because he's the one who can involve them in the game."
