Netherlands 7-0 Vietnam
Dazzling doubles from Brugts and Roord helped the Netherlands to an assertive 7-0 victory over Vietnam.
The Dutch went top of Group E with the win, as Lieke Martens, Katja Snoeijs and Danielle van de Donk found themselves on the scoresheet.
Despite a sprightly start from Vietnam, it was Martens who first found the back of the net on eight minutes and it was a scoring frenzy from there.
After only 28 minutes, Andries Jonker's side were already up 4-0, forcing Vietnam into some drastic changes.
But the Dutch were too strong and with Brugts adding a second superb curling shot from outside the box, they eased to the biggest winning margins of the tournament so far.
The Netherlands will now face the runners-up of Group G in the round of 16.
Portugal 0-0 USA
