After nearly 60 years, the CIS Tower will end its association with the Co-Operative.
The iconic skyscraper on Miller Street in Manchester city centre was sold to Castlebrooke Investments for £66million back in May 2017.
The 387ft, 28-floor tower was once the tallest building in Europe when it was completed in 1962.
The Co-Operative has been the sole occupant ever since and the tower has come to be viewed as one of the most tangible symbols of the co-operative movement.
