Emmerdale actor Joe-Warren Plant has confirmed he is in a new relationship with girlfriend Anna Norton.The 19 year old actor, who plays Jacob Gallagher on the ITV soap, shared a sweet selfie with his belle on Instagram, as the pair looked utterly loved-up in their new romance. Joe-Warren wore a black shirt and his curly dark blonde tresses combed out, and he was all-smiles posing next to the beautiful Anna. She looked stunning in a polo neck black top and her glam makeup was flawless in the low light as they enjoyed an evening out together.
