Emmerdale fans have taken to the internet to say that they guessed the surprise twist that saw Kyle Winchester revealed as Al Chapman's killer.
The shock revelation was shared by Cain Dingle who pleaded guilty to protect Kyle, although some fans of the soap already thought that this might be the case. Not only that, they have already begun to cook up theories as to what will happen next - and many think that Kerry Wyatt is going to get involved.
As reported by the Mirror, fans on Twitter have suggested that a huge twist in the storyline could be on the cards, which involves Kerry - Kyle's grandmother - helping him despite her grandson being responsible for killing her partner Al.
One Twitter user theorised: "So Kerry will take the blame for Kyle. #Emmerdale," whilst a second suggested: "Now we know who it was wonder if mother of the year Kerry will step up and change her story and go down for telling lies x #Emmerdale".
A third said that they knew Kyle was responsible and thinks Kerry might have something to do with it: "I guessed it was Kyle. Lemme guess Kerry takes him on the run? #Emmerdale."
Another fan theorised: "Especially if Laura needs an exit storyline!. It would be good to see Kerry step up for Kyle and Amy."
As Moira fumed with Cain tonight over what he'd done, she told him: "I don't know why I'm surprised. I should have expected you to push me away because you always do. I thought it was because you were scared.
"But you weren't afraid were you, because the man I thought I knew would have fought anyway and done everything he can to fight and try and get back with his kids," she concluded, before continuing: "Do you have any idea the damage you've caused?"
