Edinburgh fire more than 24 hours after they first rushed to the scene. Fire crews were first alerted to the blaze at George IV Bridge after 6am on Tuesday morning.
One person was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment. It is understood over 100 fire fighters battled the inferno as drivers faced major delays.

Scots road has been locked down tonight following a serious crash. Emergency services have raced to Fountainbleau Drive in Dundee, with the street being closed off by police officers.

Mercy crews were called to Hope Street just before 9am this morning.It is understood a woman was taken away to hospital after being hit by a truck.An ambulance has left the scene under a police escort.The area has been tapped off with several police officers securing the scene.
