Ellie Leach and Bobby Brazier have continued to play coy in regards to the relationship, but it has become harder and harder to deny with the pair snapped looking cosy on date nights. And with the high profile nature of their romance, some have accused the new couple of embarking on a "PR stunt." However, PR expert Dermot McNamara has suggested that this may not be the case, telling OK! that they likely bonded over the "pressure cooker" that is Strictly Come Dancing.
He explained: "Ellie and Bobby will no doubt have spent a lot of time together rehearsing for Strictly and also while on tour. "Situations like that are often like an intense pressure cooker so it's no surprise they've gravitated towards one another.
They're both young, very successful and famous in their own right." And discussing the the accusations that the pair have a "fake" romance, Dermot argued that while it is possible, he doesn't see what the point would be.
Speaking to OK!, he said: "There's been comments online about them using their relationship as a PR stunt, which on one hand they might be, but they're not going to gain much more than they already have - it's not as if they have the show to promote anymore. "They're off doing their own thing - Ellie is trying her hand at theatre - and Bobby has his own projects.
If anything, they both know what it's like being in the public eye and they've found that in common.
They know they can trust one another and that will work in their favour as their fame grows."
