Elizabeth Mitchell will be back as Mrs. Clause in Disney+’s upcoming The Santa Clause series.
The 51-year-old actress, who starred in the role as Carol Clause in The Santa Clause 2 and The Santa Clause 3, will join Tim Allen in the upcoming show.

Elizabeth had previously revealed that she would do a Santa Clause reboot “in a heartbeat.”
“We all need to believe in a little bit of magic,” she told ET. “And I think that it brings that childlike sense of play to you as an adult that we’re hungry for…those movies were a joy to make. Making people happy, I mean, what a gift.”
The Santa Clause series will follow Scott (Allen) as he gets ready to celebrate his 65th birthday and realizes that he can’t be Santa forever.
“He’s starting to lose a step in his Santa duties, and more importantly, he’s got a family who could benefit from a life in the normal world, especially his two kids who have grown up at the Pole. With a lot of elves, children, and family to please, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in a life south of the pole,” the show’s official logline reads.
